We sell products in various conditions. Each condition is clearly labeled:

• New: Factory sealed, never used, with manufacturer warranty where applicable
• Refurbished: Professionally restored to working condition, tested, and cleaned
• Like New: Open box or minimal use, in excellent condition
• Used: Previously used, tested and functional, may show signs of wear

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. GIGDATA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product condition:

• New products: Manufacturer warranty applies where available
• Refurbished products: 90-day GIGDATA warranty
• Used products: 30-day GIGDATA warranty

Warranty covers defects in functionality. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIGDATA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GIGDATA LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
