What is the difference between "Like New" and "Used"?

Like New items are open-box or have minimal use with no visible wear - they look and function like new. Used items have been previously owned and may show signs of normal wear but are fully functional and tested.

Are your products tested before shipping?

Yes, every product is thoroughly tested before shipping. We run diagnostic tests, verify all components are functioning, and ensure the item meets our quality standards.

Do you sell OEM or third-party parts?

We primarily sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Any third-party or compatible parts are clearly labeled in the product description.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Refurbished and used items can be returned if they do not match the description or are defective.

What warranty do you provide?

Warranty coverage varies by product condition: New products include manufacturer warranty where applicable. Refurbished products have a 90-day GIGDATA warranty. Used products have a 30-day GIGDATA warranty.

How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

If returning due to a defect or error on our part, we cover return shipping. For other returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
