Items We Order After You Buy
Most of what we sell ships from our own warehouse on the schedule above. A small number of items are not stocked here. We order those from the supplier after you place your order, and they typically ship within 7–14 business days — that is the supplier’s own quoted lead time, and the product page shows the exact window for the item you are looking at.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, with a $16.95 minimum on these items because they ship separately from our own warehouse stock. If your order also contains items we stock, those ship on the schedule above, in their own box. Orders over $750 qualify for free ground shipping.
- The delivery estimate on the product page is the one that applies to that item. It is calculated from that item's own handling time and is shown before you add it to your cart.
- The 12 PM PT cutoff and same-business-day processing described above do not apply to these items.
- Server, networking, and parts inventory is not affected. Those items are in our own warehouse and ship on the schedule above.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can only be made before the order ships.
What if my package is damaged?
Inspect your package upon delivery. If there's visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours. All shipments are insured.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer express (2-3 days) and overnight shipping options. Select your preferred method at checkout. Additional fees apply.
