How to Return an Item
Get Approval
Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
Ship Item
Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to our facility.
Get Refund
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Item must not show signs of physical damage or misuse
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Custom-configured or special-order items
- Software licenses or digital products
- Items with removed or altered serial numbers
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the defect
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Choose between a replacement or full refund
- Refund includes original shipping costs for defective items
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-defective items):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of RMA approval
- GIGDATA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection typically takes 1-2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Holiday Return Policy
Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year, giving you extra time for holiday purchases.
