Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at web@gigdataserv.com. You can also login to your order status page at https://account.gigdataserv.com and select the return from that page. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We attempt to assist with troubleshooting on any and all initiated returns.
If you prefer no troubleshooting, please let us know.
You will be provided with an RMA number within 48 hours of contacting us.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping on all orders.
Buyer is responsible to properly pack any and all returns to ensure safe delivery to us.
Our standard is to offer a refund for any product returned to us.
If you would like a replacement, please order a replacement from our store.
A reasonable restocking fee will be assessed for any returns.
If item is defective, buyer will be issued full credit for purchase and GIGDATA LLC agrees to pay any return shipping costs.
If you have used an exporter to buy from us and ship your items outside the USA, you are in breach of our sales terms and conditions and we offer no warranty.
